ASU Winter Intensive 2006

December 25th 2006 - January 1st 2007

This year's annual ASU Winter Intensive was held at the Sirata Beach Resort, St. Pete Beach, Florida.

Saotome Sensei focused on largely on relaxed natural posture in hanmi.  All of his techniques demonstrated relaxed kamae, shoulders down, hands relaxed but extended and energized.  Meeting the attack with courage and integrity without anxiety or tension being expressed through the body.  The theme was "Under the Sword".
