6th Annual John Messores

August 1st - 3rd 2008

John Messores provided another fabulous seminar this, possibly the best yet.  Training focusing equally between empty hand training (taijutsu) and bokken training (tachi waza).  Messores Sensei's bokken worked is based on his extensive training with Mitsugi Saotome.  Much of Messores' empty hand work exhibits a smiliar sword movement.

I'd also like to extend a big congratulations to Anna Bredahl and Taro Uchiyama for performing wonderful shodan tests, Sunday afternoon!  Well done!  You can see photos from the test here...
